We’re floored by the number of community members & businesses that supported our Pink Patch campaign

We’re floored by the number of community members and businesses that supported our Pink Patch campaign this year!

From the bottom of our heart, thank you! Because of you, the Watsonville Police Department and Fire Department raised more than $8,000 for Watsonville families affected by breast cancer. Not to mention, we still have some last minute donations coming in.

The following video explains why the Pink Patch Project is personal to us, and the importance of early detection

In 2017, the first year our department participated in the Pink Patch Project, our officers raised $6, 193 for the Katz Cancer Resource Center.

If you didn’t get a chance to support this year's campaign, we still have $10 pink patches and $20 t-shirts available at the police department. For those wondering, our pink patrol cruiser is expected to make a comeback next year.Pink cruiser at WHS

Again, thank you for helping us generate conversation within the community, raise awareness about the importance of early detection and the on-going fight against this disease.
