The City of Watsonville is accepting proposals from qualified consultants (Proposer) to research, write, and produce a Community Risk Assessment with Standards of Cover and Service for the Watsonville Fire Department (WFD) consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Center for Public Safety Excellence. The intent of the RFP process is to identify a qualified consultant that can offer the highest quality service at a reasonable overall cost to the Department.
The Community Risk Assessment with Standards of Cover and Service are evaluations and analyses of the WFD’s operations and administrative workflows intended to achieve sustainability and prepare for future needs based on nationally recognized guidelines and best practices, federal and state mandates and pertinent local and regional operating procedures.
