The Community Development Department is requesting proposals from urban design and planning consulting firms interested in providing consulting services for updating the City's Housing Element.
An overview of the project along with the desired scope of services and timeframe are provided below. In order to ensure that all interested firms have access to the same information, all questions must be submitted by e-mail prior to August 1, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to: housing.element@cityofwatsonville.org. City staff will strive to provide responses to all interested firms by August 7, 2022, and post responses on the City's website. Please submit seven (7) complete copies of your proposal and one (1) electronic, pdf version no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022.
