Explore our California State Parks for Free

Thanks to a partnership between California State Parks and the California State Library you can now "check out" a California State Library Park Pass for free at the Main Library.. The pass provides free vehicle day-use entry to over 200 participating California state parks

🌲 California State Park Pass is available for check out at the Main Library or Freedom Branch. 
🌲 The pass may only be checked out by an adult in good standing with their library account, one pass per family. 
🌲 The loan period is for seven days.
🌲 There are no renewals allowed, and the pass cannot be placed on hold. It is first come - first served.

We invite you to check out the pass and enjoy the positive impacts that the outdoors can have on your health, wellbeing, and historical and cultural connections.
