Ballet Folklorico Summer Workshop

We are very excited to announce that Graciela Vega will be offering a Ballet Folklorico Summer Workshop virtually to our community.  Focusing on songs and dances from the state of Jalisco, which honor work, farming tools, and the farming environment, these workshops connect us to the rich agricultural and multi-cultural heritage of our own community through traditional Mexican folklorico dancing. Funding for these classes has been made possible by a grant from the Arts Council of Santa Cruz County.

The first workshops will be available virtually, on Graciela Vega's YouTube page.
