Vision Zero

What is Vision Zero?

Vision Zero is a strategy to eliminate all traffic fatalities and severe injuries, while increasing safe, healthy and equitable mobility for all. 

City Council approved the implementation of Vision Zero in the City of Watsonville at its January 16, 2018 meeting. The Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency (H.S.A.) introduced Vision Zero to agencies within Santa Cruz County and supports its implementation.

Vision Zero Draft Action Plan

Review and comment on the City's Vision Zero Draft Action Plan. Below are a link to the Draft Action Plan and a link to a form to use to provide input. Comments will be received until September 1, 2019 and the final Action Plan will be presented to Council in October 2019.
