Accepted Vendors

The Watsonville Strawberry Festival offers booth space for the following types of vendors:
  • Food
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Commercial (Products that do not fall into Arts and Crafts category and services)
Vendor Requirements:
  • Must possess a current City of Watsonville Business License
  • Must possess a State of California Seller's Permit Identification Number

Apply to Sell at the Strawberry Festival

Vendors wishing to sell at the Watsonville Strawberry Festival should download and complete a copy of the appropriate application below:

Completed applications should be submitted to:

Incomplete applications and those that do not include the $150 deposit (do not send the entire amount due) will not be considered and will be returned.

Strawberry Lane

Non-profit organizations have the opportunity to raise funds by selling food items in Strawberry Lane that feature strawberries as the primary ingredient.

Non-profit organizations wishing to participate in Strawberry Lane should download a copy of the Strawberry Lane Application. Completed applications should be submitted to the same address as the other vendor types described above.

Non-profit Information Booths

Space in the City Plaza is designated for non-profit organizations to set up booths to offer information about their organizations. There is no charge this space. Non-profit organizations wishing to have an information booth should submit a completed copy of the Non-profit Organization Information Booth Application to same address as the applications listed above.
