Social and Community Service Grants Fiscal Year 2013-2014
The City of Watsonville is currently accepting applications for the 2013-2014 Social and Community Service Grants.
The City of Watsonville follows a two-year funding cycle. Fiscal Year 2013-2014 is the first year of the City’s funding cycle. During the first year all agencies are invited to submit applications. Subsequently, it is also at this time when new agencies and/or programs are considered for new funding.
Please be advised that during the second year only currently funded agency applications are accepted, no supplemental funding or new programs/agencies are considered. The City Council will discuss recommendations at one of their regular meetings and you will receive notice of the meeting date and time.
New Applicants can use the Contract Management Contract (CMC) website to Apply Online:
Agencies and programs that do not currently receive funding and who are interested in applying for FY 2013-14 should apply online. New applicants must be assigned a temporary CMC user id and password to access the funding application in the CMC. To receive CMC login information, new applicants must go to “New CMC Users” on the website’s top navigation bar and provide the required information to be added to the CMC website. After the agency is added to the CMC, the applicant will receive an email with a temporary user id and password which will provide access to the online application. New applicants are responsible for satisfying each funder’s individual application requirements, including required application attachments.
FY 2013-14 Common Application Dates
The CMC allows agencies to submit applications to all funders simultaneously and the application dates apply to all funders. The FY 2013-14 application timeline is as follows.
CMC Open for Common Application Submission January 23, 2013 8:00 a.m.
Common Application Submission Deadline March 7, 2013 5:00 p.m.
