Great Attendance at Earth Day/Day of the Child

Kids and adults young at heart gathered for the 14th annual Watsonville Earth Day/Day of the Child celebration at Ramsay Park on Sunday, April 24th.

Over 50 local Organizations, 6 City divisions and thousands of locals had fun learning and playing all day. The California Conservation Corps and other volunteers planted water saving plants for a special project in honor of Earth Day.

A special thanks to Driscoll’s Berries, the Register Pajaronian, First Five, Tino’s Plumbing, Lakeside Organic Gardens, Bay Federal, and American Solar Direct and Chevrolet of Watsonville for making this festival possible!
