Facility Rentals


The Parks and Community Services Department now offers all-inclusive, discount rental packages for all of its indoor facilities. In order to make renting a facility easier, each package contains:

  • a fixed number of event hours;
  • hours for set up and clean up;
  • prior day setup if facility is available;
  • tables and chairs;
  • insurance and security; and
  • all required permits.

As an example, the Veterans Memorial Building, with a capacity of 400 and a kitchen, is perfect for large events and receptions. The discount package prices of $2,900 includes 8 hours of event time, 6 hours of set up and clean up time, along with tables and chairs and all required security, insurance and permits.

For smaller events, the Ramsay Park Family Center also features a kitchen, but a lower capacity of 200. The discount package price of $1,400 includes 8 hours of event time and 4 hours of set up and clean up time. Tables, chairs, security, insurance and all permits are also included.

Packages are available for other centers, or facilities can be rented for an hourly rate if the packages don’t meet a customer’s needs.
