Caltrans Improvements on Hwy 152 and Hwy 129



Caltrans will be upgrading the pedestrian portion of nine traffic signals within the City of Watsonville.  Work will begin shortly at the intersections shown with a blue dot on the map above. You can have a better view of the identified areas by clicking on the pdf. file below.  The improvements include replacing the existing facilities with countdown pedestrian signal heads and accessible pedestrian signal push buttons.  The work is part of Caltrans State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP).  Similar improvements are schedule to be done at another 15 intersections, shown with a green dot, in 2018 or 2019.
