Free Christmas Tree Drop-off Through end of January for City Residents
Free Curbside Pick-up January 4-January 8, 2016
Christmas trees will be picked up curbside at residences in early morning on regular collection day. Please set tree out the night before your collection day.
Trees will be chipped for mulch to help plants grow or fuel to generate electricity. Please remove ornaments, tinsel, and metal and plastic stands before recycling. For curbside collection, please cut larger trees–6 foot maximum length accepted unless otherwise noted.
NO FLOCKED TREES!
The City’s Drop-off Center will be closed December 21, 2015 through January 3, 2016.
Businesses and apartment managers, please call 768-3133 to inquire about pickup and drop-off options.

Residents may drop off Christmas trees for recycling at special bins at these locations:
WatsonvilleWaste & Recycling Drop-off 320 Harvest Dr. Monday-Saturday 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Closed December 21, 2015-January 3, 2016
FreedomWatsonville Fire Station No. 2, 370 Airport Blvd. Please drop off trees during daylight hours.
Santa Cruz CountyBuena Vista Landfill 1231 Buena Vista Dr. Closed January 1 . 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
